Start Me Up!

Fast Eddie is a unique software product that combines raw power and an appealing front-end in an easy-to-use package. Its kernel is based on a 65816 instructions interpreter.

The CPU emulator interfaces with a memory management unit that is fully compatible with Apple IIGS memory organization. It supports memory shadowing, bank switches, stack relocation, and "fast" memory only limited by your Mac's memory (and, of course, the Apple IIGS' technical limitations).

The whole state of Fast Eddie can be saved anytime as packed memory image: Start up GS/OS within a second, or freeze any game at any level to continue another time.

Time's up!

Part of Powercore is the RTC clock chip that keeps your virtual IIGS up to date. It interfaces directly with your Mac's own clock chip.

A house for your mouse

... is guaranteed. Fast Eddie reads your Mac mouse and shadows it in the GS environment.
